These are the statuses your order will go through:

- Purchased : You have successfully completed the purchase of your order.
- In preparation : your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
- Shipped : the order has already left our facilities.
- On the way : your order is on the way, you will receive it soon.
- Delivered to customer : you have already received your order.

You will receive updates on the status of your order via email bbee.

Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for?

Accepted Answer

It is possible to cancel a purchase as long as the order status is: in preparation. This means that it has not yet been shipped and is still in stock.
